Formigas

In early 2010, three friends had an idea and a vision to make a living from what they liked most - developing cutting edge software that comes with soul and helps people out there.

Big things start small and a few people can achieve more than a single individual. That's how Formigas (“ants” in Portuguese) was born and the three friends were ready to get their hands dirty.

The first project, a mobile app called “Clever Lotto” was released in December that same year. It’s an easy to use lottery manager allowing you to play online directly through the app.

By mid-2012, Formigas got two more “ants”. Jakob, responsible for development and Andreas, responsible for design, joined the company.

Benjamin and Daniel, both coders, joined Formigas in early 2013.

At that time, “Clever Lotto” became the most used lottery app in Germany.
